The legend that is Sir Bobby Charlton… today dad told me all about Bobby Charlton, so todays Soccer legend post is dedicated to him. He’s one of the most respected midfielders of all time, he was also part of the England team who won the World Cup and also won the Ballon d’Or for European Footballer of the Year in 1966.
He played mostly for Manchester United, where he is famous for his attacking instincts and passing abilities from midfield and his amazing long-range shot, my dad has shown me clips of these and they are brilliant. He was also well known for his fitness and stamina.
