Gareth Bale is the ultimate soccer legend at the moment and what’s super exciting is that my mum has worked with him while she was Creative Director at LBi. What I found really cool is that mum said he is very talented on the pitch, but he is very hardworking, humble and professional off the pitch, and that’s why good football players get big sponsorship deals.
Gareth Bale is a Welsh footballer who plays for English Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur and the Wales national team as a winger. He’s the most exciting player on the field at the moment and when he’s on form he brilliant to watch. Gareth Bale has been been named Footballer of the Year by the Football Writers’ Association as well as the Professional Footballers’ Association’s Player and Young Player of the Year.
Did you know:- At the age of 14 Bale could run the 100m sprint in 11.4 secs, the men’s world record is 9.58 secs (Ussain Bolt).
Did you also know:- He’s super cool at long distance too  – in school he was running the 1500m in around 4 mins 08secs and that’s only 42 seconds off the current men’s world record.
