Joining my new club Whitton Wanderers!

Today I am feeling really exited because I have just joined a new club Whitton Wanderes. I am slightly sad that I have left my old club Sandgate but I am really happy because I am going to be playing games. My new coach is called Adam and I really like him because he pushes us to train harder so in the game it’s easy to play.

I think that the exercise that Adam wanted us to do today was great because we had to push ourselves even more than usual. The exercise is in the figure of an eight laid out with five cones. what you have to do is start at the bottom left hand corner and run diagonally across the set of cones. After that you jog or sprint around the outside of the cone your running to towards the right hand side and run across the set of cones. Then run diagonally again across the cones and go around the cone to the left hand side this time and run to the starting position. Then continue doing the same thing I’ve explained and the best thing that I found out today was that i am going to be playing as a striker.
