When we got there we registered up and we went to the pitch. Then our coach told Tom to hand out the ball and for everyone to start dribbling the ball in the penalty area. After that Armed told us to get into 2 teams and dribble the ball from cone to cone and the pass to him. Armed would then ley the ball of for you and you have to overlap him and then have a shot at the goalkeeper and same for the other team.
